Yoga is for everyone. Our style is intense and direct but you will be amazed with how easily you can adapt and improve. We offer two complementary styles that thoroughly work your entire body: the original hot yoga series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises as well as a slightly cooler Vinyasa flow.
The original hot yoga series is a slow, meditative, and therapeutic practice that alleviates chronic discomfort among other things. It safely offers your body a wonderfully deep and detoxifying stretch.
The vinyasa classes are dynamic and guide you to connect movement with breath as you transition from one pose to the next. You will build strength and gain energy. Use either or both to achieve your wellness goals and emerge as a happier, healthier version of yourself.
